Baobab Coffee was founded in Nairobi in 2007 with a simple conviction — that Kenyan coffee, treated with care from cherry to cup, belongs on the world's best tables.

We exist to elevate Kenyan coffee — at home and abroad. That means paying farmers above market for exceptional lots, refusing shortcuts in the roastery, and being honest about what's in every bag we send out.
Seventeen years in, we still cup every batch. We still know our washing stations by name. And we still believe the best coffees come from the most careful hands.
